Jill brings over 8 years of Workday® experience to our team, both as a client and as a consultant. Beyond that, she has extensive experience in payroll, time tracking, absence, HCM, reporting, and business processes. That experience was gained across a multitude of industries, including healthcare, finance, transportation, marketing, hospitality, and technology at Fortune 500 companies. This diversity of experience makes her an incredible asset for Syssero’s clients.

She routinely works directly with clients, helping them to streamline processes, configure & optimize new functionality, and solve whatever Workday® problems they may have. She measures success by and is most rewarded by how my clients refer her to others and return for more projects. She achieves that success routinely because as a former Workday® client, she understands the exact pain points they are experiencing and is prepared to solve them.

Unsurprisingly, her favorite part of her job is getting to work with individuals across many different industries. She thrives when she has new problems to solve and processes to streamline and enjoys being surrounded by like-minded individuals who are energetic and passionate about what they do.

Outside of work, you can find Jill attending one of her kids’ many sporting events. She also enjoys hot yoga, running, shopping, crafting, and spending quality time with her family.
