Hi there, I’m Jill Piñon, Managing Functional Architect at Syssero, bringing over 12 years of rich Workday® experience to the team. My journey has seen me in roles both as a client and as a consultant. My expertise extends across payroll, time tracking, absence management, HCM, reporting, and business processes, developed through a varied career in industries such as healthcare, finance, transportation, marketing, hospitality, and technology, especially in Fortune 500 companies. This diverse experience positions me as an invaluable asset to Syssero’s clients.
In my current role, I actively work with clients to streamline their processes, configure and optimize Workday® functionalities, and resolve any issues they face. My measure of success—and what I find most rewarding—is how often clients refer me to others and return for additional projects. This success stems from my deep understanding of the unique challenges they face, thanks to my background as a former Workday® client.
As the Managing Functional Architect, I particularly enjoy the diversity of working with individuals across many different industries. I thrive on solving new problems, enhancing processes, and being surrounded by a team that’s as energetic and passionate about our work as I am.
When I’m not engaged in my professional role, you’ll find me supporting my kids at their sporting events. My personal interests include hot yoga, running, shopping, crafting, and spending precious quality time with my family.
