Workday Integration Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead all integration initiatives including small teams of Integration Consultants on multiple projects
  • Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements
  • Develop, test and deploy Workday® integrations as required by the business
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technical impacts of proposed or existing integration designs
  • Coordinate deliverable schedules, track issues/risks, and communicate statuses to project management
  • Create supporting integration documentation detailing system integration specifications, system processes and field mapping as needed
  • Train and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients on Workday® integrations

 

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Workday® Integration Consultant
  • 3-5 years HR, Payroll, Benefit or Financial software application experience
  • 3-5 years integrating Workday® with third-party service vendors
  • Strong understanding of Workday® Custom Reports, EIB’s Connectors, Document Transformation and Workday® Studio
  • Exposure to Web Services, EDI, XML, XSLT, Java, or .Net integration technologies
  • Strong experience using middleware technologies
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Taleo or other SaaS ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate across several workstreams
  • Possess a team player mentality focused on customer success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • B.S or M.S degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
