Trust

As President I field a variety of questions from prospective clients seeking to validate our capabilities in Workday®. Some questions relate to industry experience, seniority of talent options, diversity of skillsets, history of successful service, etc.  These questions are 100% valid and their corresponding answers useful, but underneath such investigation is an essential client concern that often goes unspoken  – “Why should I trust YOU?”

I’ve had thousands of conversations with clients and am surprised to have never been asked this question directly. I’m prepared for it and I’m hopeful it enters the dialogue. I want to acknowledge client doubt and risk head on. Regardless of my answers about dedicated senior talent or copious recommendations, if you just ask me “Why should I trust YOU” the answer I provide should give you both comfort and courage.

Syssero is employee-owned and thus collectively defined by our success or failure, of which the latter is not an option.

What’s the answer? It’s simple – We can’t afford to be wrong and neither can you. We share that reality as equals. Syssero is employee-owned and thus collectively defined by our success or failure, of which the latter is not an option. Given the aggressive Workday® service demand we are selective of the clients we work with because our brand is on the line. We are among the premium names in Workday® service and that reputation will not be stained in the pursuit of profits. We rely 100% on organic growth and are beholden to no outside investors. We intend to stay that way. Implementation Partners or solution agnostic mega staffing organizations can weather a bad deployment, rotating resources, and delayed timelines – you cannot and neither can we.
